Mr. P. "Philbert" Nutty sells peanuts during the big show and around the carnival. He first appeared in "Mr. P. Nutty" and was voiced by Rick Jones. He made a few appearances as a background character in season 2, but he didn't talk or showed his face again in the future episodes.

Appearance

Philbert wears a peanut costume featuring a huge grin. Stripes, Elizabeth, and Diamonds thought he was mysterious and gossip about who he is, but they learned that the reason why he didn't want to take off his costume was because he's just shy.
